General
How does LULL make money?
We take 15% of your gross earnings. The other 85% goes straight to your wallet. Of the 15%, 10% buys and burns $LULL hourly; 5% funds infrastructure and development. Verifiable on-chain.
When do I get paid?
It depends on the resource type. Wallet yield accrues continuously via Aave V3 and we sweep daily. Compute gateways settle when an x402 job finalizes — usually within 24h. Agent and API gateways settle per-request in real time.
Is LULL custodial? Can you steal my funds?
No. Privy MPC means your private key is split across three independent shards — Privy never holds the full key, and neither do we. Every payout transaction is signed by your wallet, not ours. Source: privy.io/security.
What is $LULL? Do I have to hold it?
$LULL is the protocol token, but you don't need to hold any to earn. Every fee we collect routes through Uniswap to buy $LULL on the open market and burn it — the supply only goes down. More on /token.
What does the 85/15 split actually look like?
If an x402 gateway job earns $10, your wallet receives $8.50 (85%) and $1.50 (15%) goes to LULL treasury: $1.00 (10%) buys and burns $LULL, $0.50 (5%) funds protocol development. Payouts are in USDC on Base.
How are withdrawals handled?
Withdrawals apply to your accumulated yield/compute earnings (held on Base as USDC). Go to /app/withdraw, enter a Base address and amount ($0.10 minimum), and we batch-transfer within minutes. Daily cap is $10,000; raise via support.
Do I owe taxes?
Yes — earnings are income wherever you live. Your /app/earnings page shows timestamped records with USD values at receipt and tx hashes. We don't file for you.
Wallet yield
I deposited USDC but my balance shows zero
Yield positions show up after our first poll cycle (usually within 5 minutes). Make sure you deposited into the address shown on your resource detail page — only the LULL-managed deposit address is tracked.
Why does LULL hold the deposit?
It doesn't — Privy holds it on your behalf. The deposit address you see is your own Privy MPC wallet. We have read access to call balances and trigger payouts, but we cannot drain it without a signed user op on a transfer-only path.
Can I withdraw the original principal?
Yes, at any time. Aave V3 vault positions can be redeemed 1:1; you can redeem outside LULL whenever you want. We only take 15% of the yield (10% burn, 5% dev), never the principal.
Compute resources
I set up lull-node but no earnings yet
Compute gateways usually need 12–48h before the first paid job lands. Confirm
lull-node shows "connected" in your terminal and your x402 gateway status is "Live" on the resource detail page. If it shows online but nothing here, hit support.Do I need to keep my computer on?
For GPU/CPU compute resources, yes — jobs only execute while
lull-node is running. The more uptime you have, the more jobs you qualify for.My lull-node crashed / disconnected
That's normal. We detect downtime within ~10 minutes and pause your gateway until it reconnects. Your existing accrued earnings are safe — they stay in your wallet.
Can I run lull-node on multiple machines under one LULL account?
Yes — register each machine as a separate resource. Each gets its own x402 gateway. LULL aggregates all earnings into your single wallet.
Bandwidth & API
How do bandwidth and API resources get paid?
Buyers pay your x402 gateway per-request. LULL splits the payment in real time: 85% to your wallet, 15% to treasury (10% $LULL burn, 5% protocol development).
What kinds of tasks can my bandwidth resource handle?
x402 bandwidth gateways serve proxy requests, web scraping jobs, and data-transfer tasks. The more bandwidth you allocate, the more jobs you qualify for.
Security & custody
Where is my private key?
Split into 3 shards across Privy MPC, one of which lives on your device. LULL never holds a shard. Every signing operation requires the device shard, which means a Privy server compromise alone can't move funds.
What happens if LULL goes down?
Your funds stay in your Privy wallet — we don't hold them. You can always export your wallet (Privy → Export Key) and move them yourself. Earnings already accrued are still yours regardless of LULL's availability.
Has LULL been audited?
We replaced the earlier Solidity splitter contract with Privy server-auth signing — there is no on-chain LULL program anymore, just an off-chain signer. Privy itself is SOC 2 Type II audited. We publish all fee inflows + buyback tx hashes on /token for live verification.
